Hey! My name is Melissa, and this is my beauty blog. It's about, yep, you guessed it, beauty- i.e. makeup, clothes, and thing of that sort. It is not about vain beauty- i.e. caring only about how you look, how you look to other people, and attracting the opposite gender (yes, gender. I prefer that word).
This blog will have makeup reviews, makeup tutorials, fashion stuff (though that will be a smaller part), and will always remind you that it's not about how you look to everyone else, but how you look to God. Because in the end, that's all that really matters.
So now about me. My name is Melissa. I am 14 years old, and I live in Florida. I love makeup, it's very fun. I also love technology ("yes, I love technology...always and forever"- Kip from Napoleon Dynamite), it's also very fun. I also love cooking, mainly because it's fun, and the result tastes good. Most of the time. I'm also into graphic design. I also play piano. I've been playing for- *thinks*- five years, I believe. Those last three things are my career options. At least, that's what I think they are. :]
My favorite tv shows are Glee, Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Nanny, and What Not to Wear. My favorite movies (my top 3, actually) are Star Trek (2009), Fantastic Mr. Fox, and Monty Python and the Holy Grail. My favorite books are the Pendragon series, The Princess Diaries series, and the Twilight series.
